ORDER

The contempt petition is filed alleging willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No. 27525 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, despite specific direction issued by this Court to conduct a survey and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's land, the respondent has failed to comply with the said order.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader produced a letter dated

05.12.2025 of the Thasildar, Theni, before this Court. In the said letter, the Thasildar expressed his inability to comply with the order passed by this Court for various reasons including the filing of a civil suit.

4.In view of the Thasildar's letter dated 05.12.2025 and considering that the Civil Court is seized of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
