ORDER

The petitioner has applied for the post of Post Graduate Assistant-

Academic Subject (History), pursuant to the Notification No.2/2025 dated 10.07.2025 issued by the Teachers Recruitment Board. The petitioner, under the impression that the valuation of answer sheets has not been properly made, has submitted a representation to the respondents on 09.12.2025 seeking revaluation of her answer sheet. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents.

Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the results were published on 27.11.2025 and the provisional selection list was also published on 22.01.2026. Therefore, the petitioner's claim cannot be entertained at this stage.

3. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

4. The petitioner is under the impression that her answer sheet has not been properly valued.

5. The respondents shall furnish a copy of the answer sheet to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the petitioner shall work out with the answer key published by the respondents. In the event, if the petitioner makes out her case with the available answer sheet, she can submit a fresh representation to the respondents.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
