(Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.

This Habeus Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce body or person of petitioner daughter namely Krishnaveni , D/o.Krishnan, aged about 24 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenue who is aged about 24 years. She got married with one Murugaperumal and gave birth to two children and thereafter due to some misunderstanding they got and detenue was living in her parent's house. While being so, from 31.01.2026 the detenue was found missing from her house. Therefore the petitioner lodged complaint before the second respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No.38 of 2026 under 'woman missing'. On enquiry the second respondent found that the detenue eloped with the third respondent and their whereabouts are not known. Hence the daughter of the detenue is not under illegal detention of any one.

3. In view of the same, the petition stands dismissed.
