ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking withdrawal of O.P. No.287 of 2025 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambattur, and transfer of the same to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, for being tried along with H.M.O.P. No.235 of 2025.

3. The petitioner is the wife and she is residing at Tambaram. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for allowing the transfer sought for by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above, Tr.C.M.P. No.1058 of 2025 is allowed and O.P. No.287 of 2025 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Ambattur is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court, Tambaram, to be taken up along with H.M.O.P. No.235 of 2025, in accordance with law.

5. The Subordinate Court, Ambattur is directed to transmit the entire records forthwith to the Subordinate Court, Tambaram.

6. In view of the above, C.M.P. No.23883 of 2025 is closed. No costs.
