This public interest litigation is filed seeking direction for removal of poultry farm allegedly established by fifth respondent.

2. Though it is averred in the petition that establishment of poultry farm is illegal and hazardous to public health, no material has been placed before this Court in this regard. It cannot be said that establishment of poultry farm, as such, is not permissible. Establishment of poultry farm is in violation of which laws, Guidelines or Rules is not stated in the petition. Petition is vague and cannot be entertained without proper material.

3. Petition is dismissed with liberty to file proper petition.

There shall be no order as to costs.
