ORDER
This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned communication, dated 16.05.2024 issued by the 4th respondent.
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 and Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), accepts notice on behalf of the 5th respondent.
3. Admittedly, the impugned communication was never issued to the petitioner. The petitioner has also challenged the impugned communication, dated 16.05.2024 only by filing this writ petition in the year 2026. Admittedly, a civil suit is also pending in O.S.No.221 of 2014 between the parties involving the very same property, which is the subject matter of the impugned communication, dated 16.05.2024 issued by the 4th respondent. While that being so, the question of interfering with the impunged communication, dated 16.05.2024 issued by the 4th respondent to which the petitioner is not a party does not arise. If at all the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the impugned communication, the petitioner will have to redress his grievance only in the civil suit in O.S.No.221 of 2017, which is pending between the contesting parties.
4. Since the impugned communication, dated 16.05.2024 issued by the 4th respondent has not been addressed to the petitioner, this Court cannot interfere with the same.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all contentions, which includes the objections raised with regard to the impugned communication, dated 16.05.2024 in the civil suit in O.S.No.221 of 2017 pending between the parties. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 16.02.2026 Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order Neutral Citation Case : Yes/No sp To
