ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the 2^nd respondent herein to approve the appointment of M.Pandiyarajan as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner’s school with effect from 01.12.2021 in the light of .G.O.No. 300 dated 24.12.2025.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 2^nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 10.01.2026 within a specified time.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2^nd respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 2^nd respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 10.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms. No costs.
