This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for willfully disobeying the order dated 05.02.2025 made in WP.No.37177 of 2024.

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has been called for an enquiry on 23.02.2026 at 11 AM. Therefore, the orders of this Court have been partially complied with.

3. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed. It is made clear that the orders shall be passed within a period of 3 weeks from the date of enquiry. If the respondent do not comply with the said order, the contempt petition can be revived.
