ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.)

The present Review Petition has been instituted to review the order of this Court dated 07.12.2020 passed in WP.No.17143 of 2020.

2. This Court, without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner in his representation, directed the Tahsildar, Veppanthattai to survey the subject property in S.No.464/5, Anukur Kudikaadu Village with reference to the revenue records by following the due process of law and by following the rules of natural justice, and complete the said exercise within a period of ten weeks.

3. Merely directing to conduct a survey would not cause any prejudice to any of the parties. That apart, grounds raised by the review petitioner on merits cannot be entertained by expanding the scope of review proceedings. The petitioner has not established any error apparent warranting interference of this Court.

4. Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition, if any, are closed.
