O R D E R
This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant just, fair and adequate compensation to the petitioner and her children for the untimely death of her husband late Mr.Nambirajan in the Government Hospital construction collapse at Theni District on 08.07.2024, by considering her representation dated
27.11.2025 within a time frame stipulated by this Court.
2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation before the respondents on 27.11.2025, seeking to grant just, fair and adequate compensation to the petitioner and her children for the untimely death of her husband late Mr.Nambirajan on 08.07.2024. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.
4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2025 would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2025, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
