Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to take disciplinary action against the respondents 2, 4, 5 and 6 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.01.2024 and 08.01.2024 and Order compensation to the tune Rs.10 Lakhs to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 3 to take disciplinary action against the respondents 2, 4, 5 and 6 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 01.01.2024 and 08.01.2024 and order compensation to the tune Rs.10 Lakhs to the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was civil dispute between the petitioner and the seventh respondent. The seventh respondent is none other than the vendor of the petitioner. Earlier the fourth respondent’s mother filed suit and te same was dismissed. Thereafter the seventh respondent made complaint against the petitioner before the law enforcing agency and the respondents 2, 4, 5 and 6 colluded with the seventh respondent and hence the petitioner made representation to the respondents 1 and 3 to take action against respondents 2, 4, 5 and 6, however, there is no response. Hence, this Court may without going into the merits of the case, issue direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.01.2024 and 08.01.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, within a reasonable time frame.

3.Considering the limited relief now sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 01.01.2024 and 08.01.2024, on merits and in accordance with law and after providing opportunity to the petitioner and respondents 2, 4, 5 and 6, pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible.

4.The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
