O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.]

The notice, dated 03.02.2026, issued by the first respondent, directing the petitioner to remove all his belongings from the portion of the building, which has been constructed by him without obtaining planning permission, is under challenge in this writ petition.

2. On perusal of the records, we find that the petitioner has made a construction without obtaining planning permission from the authority concerned and therefore, a notice was issued to the petitioner calling his explanation as to why the unauthorized portion of the building should not be removed. Further, it is seen that only after steps taken by the respondents for removal of the unauthorized portion of the building, the petitioner has applied for rectification of the unauthorized portion of the building. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
