PRAYER:
Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the first respondent vide S.A.No.5057/B/2017 dated 20.02.2018 and to quash the same and consequently, directing the third respondent to furnish information within a time frame limit based on the petitioner's RTI application dated on 25.03.2017 under Section 6 of Right to Information Act, 2005.
ORDER
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submitted that the information sought by the petitioner has already been furnished to him.
2. Since the information sought by the petitioner has already been furnished, no cause of action survives in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
