ORDER

The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking

extension of time by a period of six months to complete the investigation of the

case and to file final report as per direction given by this Court by order dated

25.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.12340 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.31419 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned

learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners submitted

that though the petitioners sought six months time, one month is sufficient for

completion of investigation and filing of final report.

3. Considering the fair submission made by the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners, one month time, as prayed for

now, is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear

that no further extension of time will be granted.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed

of.
