ORDER

The defendants in O.S.No.71 of 2025 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Paramakudi, have filed the present Civil Revision Petition, challenging the order of ad-interim injunction passed in I.A.No.2 of 2025 in O.S.No.71 of 2025, dated 10.09.2025.

2.It is brought to the knowledge of this Court by the learned counsel for the respondents that as per Order 43 Rule 1 (r) of C.P.C, an appeal would lie before the concerned appellate Court as against the order of ad-interim injunction, dated 10.09.2025. Therefore, the present Revision Petition is not maintainable.
