PRAYER Directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners online Application No.2025/0105/08/630019 dated 13.8.2025 followed by representation dated 13.9.2025 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent with the aid of the 3rd respondent police to survey and fix boundaries for the petitioners property in the land measuring an extent of 1.72-1/2 acre of land in survey No.20/18 of Vedapatti village Omalur Taluk, Salem District (35 cents x 5 shares-1.75 acres in which 2-1/ 2 cents of land was well portion) and grant separate patta for the petitioner For Petitioner(s): M/s.R.Gouri For Respondent(s): Mr.D.Ravichander,SGP For R1 and R2 Mr.R.Venkatesa Perumal Govt Advocate(Crl.Side) for R3 ND/W-R4-Pvt
ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a direction to the second respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Mr. R.Venkatesa Perumal, learned Govt Advocate (Crl. Side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.3.
3. Mr. D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit on instructions that the request of the petitioner for survey and demarcation of boundaries has already been rejected by the order of the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to serve a copy of the order, rejecting the petitioner’s application, seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order so as to enable the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
