ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to correct the UDR patta issued in the name of the respondents 2 and 3 for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. The petitioner claims that erroneously UDR patta giving wrong description of the extent of the land has been issued for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition in favour of the respondents 2 and 3. The petitioner seeks for correction of the same through his representation dated 06.12.2025. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents 2 and 3 in this writ petition, notice to the respondents 2 and 3 is dispensed with by this Court.

4. No prejudice would be caused to any of the respondents, if the petitioner’s representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner’s representation.

6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner’s representation, dated 06.12.2025 seeking for correction of UDR patta issued in the name of the respondents 2 and 3 for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the respondents 2 and 3, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
