ORDER

The civil revision petition is filed challenging the order passed by the Trial court allowing the application filed by the 1^st respondent/plaintiff seeking impleadment of petitioner.

2. The 1^st respondent herein filed a suit for partition against other respondents. Pending suit, instant application for impleadment of petitioner was filed on the ground that 3^rd defendant namely Senniammal settled the suit property in favour of petitioner on 09.04.2014 and hence, he was a necessary party. The said application was allowed by the Trial Court and aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court .

3. It is seen from the
