O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the first respondent to communicate the petitioner the details of the bid documents allegedly not furnished by the petitioner in e-Bid No.1552421, which was uploaded by the respondent on 12.01.2026.

2. The petitioner’s technical bid was rejected by the first respondent on

12.01.2026. The minutes uploaded by the respondent do not disclose the specific documents that were allegedly not furnished by the petitioner. In the absence of such particulars, the petitioner has been constrained to file the present Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to pass a reasoned order.

3. In view of the above facts, the first respondent is directed to pass a reasoned order clearly indicating the defects in the technical bid submitted by the writ petitioner which warranted its rejection. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
