ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the second respondent for issuance of legal heir certificate for the death of her husband.
2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner, her husband had passed away in an accident in Ernakulam on 14.10.2005 and the same has been registered in Kerala on 18.03.2023. Thereafter, the petitioner has given an application before the second respondent on 06.10.2025 for issuance of legal heir certificate.
3. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, apart from the petitioner, the parents of the deceased are also alive and therefore, a legal heir certificate may be issued.
4. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to consider the application presented by the writ petitioner on 06.10.2025 and pass orders after conducting an enquiry, within a period of 8(eight)weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
No costs.
