ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to cancel the Patta in Patta No.5488 of Survey No.551/1, which stands in the name of the fourth respondent for the land measuring an extent of 1 Acre and 1 Cent, situated at T.Chettiarpatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's petition in Na.Ka.No.9429/2025/A1, dated 22.12.2025.
2. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is hereby dispensed with.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject property originally belonged to the petitioner's mother and after the demise of her mother, the said property was devolved upon the legal heirs and they are in peacefule possession of the property. While so, the revenue
