O R D E R

This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 09.02.2022 made in W.P.No.8492 of 2010.

2.This Court vide order dated 09.02.2022 made in W.P.No.8492 of 2010 issued direction to the petitioner to place the entire records in respect of the subject property before the respondent and directed the respondent to consider the title of the petitioner to the subject lands and upon satisfaction, decide the payment of compensation under the Land Acquisition Act, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners for enhancement claimed in LAOP Nos.81 to 91 of 1996, pursuant to which, the respondent conducted enquiry and arrived at a conclusion that the petitioners land is not submerged in the dam construction and there is no correlation between the petitioners title and paimash number and the title of the land cannot be decided by the respondent, thereby passed rejection order on

29.12.2025.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out the remedy as against the order dated 29.12.2025, in the manner known to law.
