This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.11.2024 made in W.P.No.34044 of 2024.

2.This Court vide order dated 21.11.2024 made in W.P.No.34044 of 2024 directed the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner to pay pensionary retirement benefits of her deceased husband and to pay family pension to the petitioner, pursuant to which, family pension was sanctioned to the petitioner on 05.02.2026.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
