This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the 3rd respondent who had been subsequently impleaded to dispose of O.A.No.1300 of 2024 within any time stipulated by this Court and more specifically on or before

31.03.2026.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the applicant before the Tribunal would retire on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.03.2026 and therefore, urges that directions may be issued by this Court for disposal by the Tribunal before that particular date.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1^st and 2^nd respondents, who also appeared before the Tribunal, stated that counter would be filed on the next hearing date / 04.03.2026 and an advance copy would also be served on the petitioner.

4.We would therefore place a request before the Tribunal to bestow attention to this particular O.A.No.1300 of 2024 and endeavour to dispose of the same on or before 20.03.2026.

5.This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
