Bribes ranging from Rs.25-35 lakh were collected for appointments against the respondent No.5 in the Tamil Nadu Municipal Administration, Urban and Drinking Water Supply Department the alleged massive corruption in 2024-2025 and

2025-2026 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2025.

An omni bus prayer is made seeking mandamus directing the Union of India to consider his representation regarding the irregularities and malpractices in the Municipal Administration Department of Tamilnadu, wherein massive corruption being reported. Hence, the Registry has put up a note regarding the maintainability.

2. On perusing the affidavit, we find that the affidavit and the representation are very vague and general allegation of corruption is being made and the court cannot entertain the writ petition seeking mandamus to investigate the vague complaints.

3. We hold that the writ petition seeking issuance of mandamus for vague representation need not be entertained. Hence, we hold that this writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same dismissed.
