ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.21090 of 2025 is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
