O R D E R
The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to allot one shop in the New Central Vegetable Market situated at Simmakkal, Madurai, under the special category of Physically Challenged quota to the petitioner, by considering his representation dated
03.11.2025.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3 submitted that a tender notification was issued on 11.02.2026 in the newspaper inviting applications from the general public to submit their bids for allotment of shops on or before 25.02.2026. It was further submitted that Shop Nos. 26, 37, 60 and 72 have been specifically reserved for physically challenged persons. Therefore, if the petitioner submits an application pursuant to the said notification, the same will be considered in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender notification.
3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
