By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take into account her Disability Certificate and consequently allow her to participate in the Certificate Verification and Counselling under Persons with Disability Category for the Selection process conducted under Notification No.17/MRB/2025 dated 21.11.2025 and to allot a post accordingly.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a qualified Doctor who have completed MBBS (2015 – 2021) from the Tamil Nadu Dr.MGR Medical University and thereafter pursued Post Graduate Degree in M.D. (Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy) from Chengalpattu Medical College, Chengalpattu. The petitioner is a person with 40% Locomotor Disability due to Polio and she is entitled to the benefits of reservation under the Persons with Disabilities category. The peti
