Prayer: This petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No. 02/PVP/PS/Thi.Ma/17.02.2026 dated 17.02.2026 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission and provide necessary police protection to conduct the traditional “Kida Muttu” event on 28.03.2026 at M. Vadipatti, nearly Muniyappan Kovil, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.
ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been challenging the impugned order impugned order in Na.Ka.No.02/PVP/PS/Thi.Ma/17.02.2026 dated 17.02.2026 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission and provide necessary police protection to conduct the traditional “Kida Muttu” event on 28.03.2026 at M. Vadipatti, nearly Muniyappan Kovil, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District.
