ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his application, dated 19.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on
19.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner’s property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party as they deem fit.
