Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

2.The petitioner is the auction purchaser. Pursuant to the bid, the petitioner deposited 25% of the bid amount. However, he was unable to pay the balance amount within the stipulated time. The application seeking extension of time to deposit the remaining sale consideration was dismissed, and the same was affirmed by this Court, granting liberty to the petitioner to seek refund of the 25% deposited, after deducting expenses.
