This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1^st respondent to revise the guideline value qua the land comprised in S.No. 178/1F1, Keelakarai Village, Keelakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's application dated 14.01.2025 in the light of the order made by this Court dated 08.12.2025 made in W.P. (MD)No.

35152 of 2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted an application on 14.01.2025 for revising the guideline value for the land comprised in S.No.178/1F1, Keelakarai Village, Keelakarai Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, in the light of the order made by this Court dated 08.12.2025 made in W.P. (MD)No.35152 of 2025. However, since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, would submit that within a considerable period, the representation would be considered by the first respondent.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 14.01.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
