ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for direction to the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the petitioner teaching experience in the Department of Endocrine Surgery serving under Respondent No.3 as Assistant Professor from the year 2014 and to promote the petitioner to the post of Associate Professor in the existing vacancy in the Department of Endocrine Surgery in Respondent No.3 as per the Regulation No.13 and Table F of the Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulations, 2025 and Civil Medical List (CML), Seniority List by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 05.01.2026.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though very many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representation dated 05.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 3. In view of the limited request sought for by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 05.01.2026, on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
