PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records contained in Show cause notice dated 14.06.2024 bearing Ref. No. 52/ 11/ CAB/ 2024 with CFI:C/ ROC Coimbatore/ 3388/ 2024/ 148-3/ 2022- 23 and all consequential proceedings thereto, including Letter dated 09.12.2024 and letter 28.01.2025 issued by Respondent No.1 and to quash the same as arbitrary, illegal and unjust and consequently direct the Respondents to forbear from taking any action pursuant to show cause notice dated 14.06.2024 bearing Ref. No. 52/11/ CAB / 2024 with CFI: C / ROC Coimbatore/3388/ 2024/148-3/
2022- 23 and letters dated 09.12.2024 and 28.01.2025.
