ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the tender notification issued by the second respondent for auctioning of the fishery rights in the tank on the ground that the petitioner is having permanent fishing rights.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents had brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner has participated in the said auction and he has been declared as a successful bidder.

3.In view of the above said facts, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
