The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 2 from interfering in the civil dispute relating to the property admeasuring 1 ground and 1200 sq.ft comprised in T.S.No.113 situated at Peravallur Village, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1^st and 2^nd respondent police submitted that the 3^rd respondent, who is the brother of the petitioners 1 and 3, has given a complaint against the petitioners. Pursuant to the same, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.38 of 2026 and subsequently closed as the matter was found to be a civil dispute. The 3^rd and 4^th respondents were advised to seek relief before a civil forum.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition Criminal is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions (Criminal) are closed.
