O R D E R

The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 2 from interfering in the civil dispute relating to the property admeasuring 1 ground and 1200 sq.ft comprised in T.S.No.113 situated at Peravallur Village, Chennai.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st and 2nd respondent police submitted that the 3rd respondent, who is the brother of the petitioners 1 and 3, has given a complaint against the petitioners. Pursuant to the same, an enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.38 of 2026 and subsequently closed as the matter was found to be a civil dispute. The 3rd and 4th respondents were advised to seek relief before a civil forum.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition Criminal is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions (Criminal) are closed.

No costs.
