ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to grant annual increments to the petitioner by counting the service from 15.02.2019 when the petitioner was reinstated in service after revocation of suspension on completion every one year period and grant arrears of increments.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court may issue direction to the 1^st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s representation dated 14.06.2025 within a specified time.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the 1^st respondent will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on the same within a specified time.

5. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 14.06.2025 and pass appropriate orders on the same in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above terms. No costs.
