This Petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for disobeying the orders of this Court passed in W.P.(MD) No.26205 of

2024 dated 07.11.2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader nothing survives in the order passed by this Court and, therefore, no contempt proceedings are maintainable.

3. In view of the above submission, this Contempt Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
