Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents immediately issue the Experience Certificate in TRB prescribed format for the period

30.01.2013 and 04.08.2021. Considering petitioner representation dated 13.11.2025 and direct Respondent to the petitioner for loss of employment opportunity and livelihood caused by their illegal refusal.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.11.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner has made a representation, dated 13.11.2025 before the respondents seeking direction to the respondents herein to issue the Experience Certificate in TRB prescribed format for the period 30.01.2013 to 04.08.2021. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Though many grounds have been raised in this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated

13.11.2025, as expeditiously as possible.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.11.2025 will be considered and appropriate order will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.11.2025, within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
