COMMON ORDER

These Writ Petitions have been filed praying for direction to the respondents to issue teaching experience certificate from the period the petitioners served as Guest Lecturer.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners completed their M.Sc in the year 2006 and 2001 respectively, and obtained M.Phil Botany in the year 2007 and 2002 respectively. Subsequently, they completed Ph.D in Botany in the year 2018 and 2017 respectively. Thereafter the petitioners joined as Guest Lecturer in Arignar Anna Government Arts College in the year 2007 and 2002 respectively and worked in various colleges for the past 18 years and 9 months. Therefore, the petitioners are entitled for teaching experience certificate for those years. However, for certain years, teaching experience certificates have not been provided, thereby the present writ petitions have been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this issue has already been dealt with by this Court in WP.No.2441 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021. Hence, this Court may issue direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representations dated 26.11.2025 & 29.11.2025 in the line of the orders passed in the aforementioned writ petition.

4. Therefore, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioners’ representations dated 26.11.2025 & 29.11.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law in the line of the orders passed by this Court in WP.No.2441 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of.

No costs.
