2. Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side
3. On hearing the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, it is ordered that the entire sixth paragraph of the order passed in WP.No.47112 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025 shall read as follows:
“6. Admittedly the petitioner has entered into service in the year
1988 and retired in the year 2024. This Court perused the records. On perusal of the same, it is clearly seen that without issuing any notice to the petitioner, the respondents 2 & 3 have passed the impugned orders. It is further seen that no opportunity was given to the petitioner, which is clear violation of principle of natural justice and the impugned orders are set aside. Therefore, this Court is inclined to remand the matter to the respondents 2 & 3 for fresh consideration. The respondents 2 & 3 are directed to take up the matter and pass appropriate orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order”
