PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to extend the time for a period of
six months to complete the investigation of the case and to file the final
report as per the direction given by this Court dated 11.07.2025 made in
Crl.M.P.No.13806 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.6736 of 2025.

O R D E R
This petition is filed seeking to extend the time by a period of six
months to complete the investigation and to file the final report as per the
direction given by this Court on 11.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.13806 of 2025 in
Crl.O.P.No.6736 of 2025.
2.This Court, by an order dated 11.07.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.13806 of
2025 in Crl.O.P.No.6736 of 2025, granted six months time for completion
of investigation and filing of final report.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner in the main Crl.O.P/first
respondent herein would submit that the investigation is not conducted in a
proper manner and certain documents have not been secured and the
respondents are delaying the process.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the
petitioners herein would submit that certain documents relating to the civil
case and arbitration between the complainant and the accused parties have
to be collected and every endeavour is taken to conduct the investigation in
a fair and transparent manner and the investigation would be completed
within a period of four months.

5.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public
Prosecutor appearing for the petitioners, the above Criminal Miscellaneous
Petition stands disposed of and the time granted by an order dated
11.07.2025 is extended by four months to expedite the investigation and the
petitioners shall conduct investigation in a fair and transparent manner and
it is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
