This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the second

hectares situated at Ilankulam Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli
District in accordance with law.
2.With consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal
at the admission stage itself.
3.Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the
respondents would submit that the petitioner never presented the
sale deed before the second respondent for registration. In the
event, if the sale deed is presented, the same would be considered
by the respondents in accordance with law.
5.Heard the learned Counsel on either side.
6.Admittedly, in the present case, the petitioner is intending
to sell the property which she acquired by virtue of the settlement
deed dated 16.03.2023, executed by the petitioner's mother. Hence,
I do not find any impediment for the second respondent to register
the same. The petitioner is directed to present the sale deed for
registration afresh and on receipt of the same, the second
respondent is directed to register the same forthwith, if it is
otherwise in order.
