Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent vide his Proceedings No.O.Mu.No.5816/E3/2025 dated 03.11.2025 and quash the same as illegal arbitrary and violation to the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct a detailed enquiry regarding the fraudulent registration of Document No.1104/2025 dated
24.04.2025 and to take appropriate action to remove the entry from the Encumbrance Certificate (Book1) as it was registered in violation of Section 23 of the Registration Act, 1908, by considering the petitioner’s representation dated 18.10.2025.
