ORDER
The relief sought in the writ petition is innocuous in nature.
2. The petitioner is a licensed Document Writer. He had submitted an application seeking renewal of his licence. It is stated that the third respondent, by communication dated 15.10.2025, recommended the renewal and forwarded the same to the second respondent. However, the second respondent has not yet passed orders on the said application.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the second respondent would pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s application in accordance with law.
4. In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:
The second respondent shall consider the recommendation dated
15.10.2025 made by the third respondent with regard to the renewal of the petitioner’s licence as Document Writer and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from
