ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing the matter for some time, seeks leave of this court to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to file an application under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC before the Trial Court, seeking rejection of plaint.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, leave is granted. Civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the Trial Court under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
