Order
This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the order dated
04.06.2025 made in R.C.A.No.50 of 2024, passed by the Learned Rent Control Appellate Authority, only to the extent it dismissed the eviction under Section 10(2) (ii) and 10(2) (vii) of the Act, while confirming the eviction order dated 27.06.2024 in RCOP.No.1894 of 2015 passed by the learned Rent Controller under Section 10(2)(i), 10(2)(ii) and 10(2)(vii) of the Act.
2. In view of the order passed in C.R.P.No.1118 of 2026, nothing survives for consideration in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
