ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that though he is entitled for career advancement scheme, the benefits have not been provided to him has filed this writ petition.
2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the written instructions submits that the proposal made by the 5th respondent was approved by the 3rd respondent only on 04.02.2026 and therefore, they require some accommodation for implementing the same.
3.Since it is reported that the request of the petitioner has already been approved by the competent authority, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondents to implement the scheme and provide the benefits to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of receipt a copy of this order. No costs.
