This writ appeal is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Single Judge directing the appellants herein to take into consideration 50% of the part-time service rendered by the respondent / writ petitioner as Vocational Instructor for pensionary benefits.

This writ appeal deserves to be dismissed in view of the Judgment dated 06.04.2018 passed in W.A.No.882 of 2017 etc., batch by the Principal Seat of this Court and Judgment dated 19.01.2026 passed by this Court in W.A.(MD) Nos.62 & 63 of 2026 and in view of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms) No.127, School Education (Pa.Ka.7(1)) Department, dated

It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the appellants that the Government has passed an order in G.O.(2D) No.99, School Education (Pa.Ka. 6(1)) Department, dated 11.11.2025, implementing the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
