Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records in connection with the impugned transfer and posting orders which were given by the 2nd Respondent in Ref.No.73209/N2/2/2026 dated 13.02.2026 to quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue new transfers by following the appropriate rules and procedures prescribed in the G.O. (2D) No.131 dated 20.11.2007 and pass such other further relief as this Hon’ble Court direct the 2nd respondent to take into account the vacancies and available immediately prior to
12.02.2026.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned transfer and posting orders which were given by the 2nd Respondent dated 13.02.2026 to quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue new transfers by following the appropriate rules and procedures prescribed in the G.O. (2D) No.131 dated 20.11.2007 and to direct the 2nd respondent to take into account the vacancies and available immediately prior to 12.02.2026.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.
3. Though the petitioner Association filed a writ petition challenging the transfer counselling of the year 2026, this Court granting liberty to the individual members of the petitioner to express their grievance before the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same may be considered for the future counselling as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
