ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned transfer and posting orders which were given by the 2^nd Respondent dated 13.02.2026 to quash the same and direct the 2^nd respondent to issue new transfers by following the appropriate rules and procedures prescribed in the G.O. (2D) No.131 dated 20.11.2007 and to direct the 2^nd respondent to take into account the vacancies and available immediately prior to 12.02.2026.

2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage.

3. Though the petitioner Association filed a writ petition challenging the transfer counselling of the year 2026, this Court granting liberty to the individual members of the petitioner to express their grievance before the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same may be considered for the future counselling as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
